Why it works the way it does.
Children rarely leave school because of a decision. They leave because of a shock - a parent's illness, a migration, a season of work - and then the gap grows until returning feels impossible.
Back to Class runs intensive bridge teaching to close that gap, then covers the small recurring costs that decide attendance: uniform, transport, exam fees, stationery.
Eighty-three per cent return to school. Holding them there is the harder second half of the job.
